new created services not showing to certain user in centreon.

 

Allowed to all resource ACL but still new created services not showing to normal user account.

 

Its visible to Admin account but to normal user using View all resource cant view any new created service.

  • have you exported?
  • do you have any filters for your ACL for the regular user?
  • are you using the groups that correspond to that host/services

Hi,

is it possible to get an answer to this question? I have the same issue since we updated to 22.10.5.

this is a critical issue

admin has to renew the resources manually every time a normal user reports that recent hosts cannot be seen
