No more graph data

Hello,

 

I just reinstalled Centreon 21.10 following an strange issue related to a TokenStorage error message at the login windows. (another topic is opened for this)

 

I restored all databases and now everything is working.

But i have no more graph data.

 

Here is the logs i have in /var/log/messages 

Again and again : 0] [cbwd] [error] cbd instance with PID 12010 has stopped, attempt to restart it

 

Centreon tells me “No data available for this period” for every graph

 

Can you help ?

Hi @smbld, on your new server, do you import previous RRD files from /var/lib/centreon/metrics and /var/lib/centreon/status ?

If no, you need to rebuild these files from “Administration > Parameters > Performance Management > Data, but be sure to have the latest versions of all Centreon components.

Moreover, Centreon 21.10 will no more supported in two months, please update your platform.

i have this error : Error during cbd exit: RRD: no 'metrics_path' defined  for endpoint 'central-rrd-master-output'

Yes it’s scheduled.

I just solved this issue by copy the old cbd conf file in /etc/centreon-broker/central-rrd.json to the new server, reload cbd service and graphs are coming back. 

 

Both content was not the same

Ok, please check the Centreon Broker configuration from UI (“Configuration > Pollers > Centreon Broker” menu) with your old cbd files and apply changes.
