Hi guys,

I’m having trouble and I would appreciate if you could help me. I’m trying to migrate my remote server to my Central Server but it doesn’t work. Both are at the latest version of 24.04 Centreon. How ? While attempting with the command: 

/usr/share/centreon/bin/registerServerTopology.sh -u atlantique \
-t remote -h 10.X.X.X (Central IP Address) -n MKSRVSUP001 

In my network I don’t have a proxy and each server has 2 network interfaces, one called admin and the other for the production.
I put the credentials of the account atlantique which is admin and has all access to API.
It returns back to me:
Error code 500 message Request failed to Central API: Idle Timeout reached for http://(Central IP address)/centreon/v24.04/api/login

How should I solve this please
