traps without service associated for host opbrmf5ltm19001. Skipping...

Hi,

I not able to activate snmp trap.

i can get a trap from a host configured in Centreon (see log below).

i have a linked a service with a trap: .1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.4.0.3 but still getting a message : rap without service associated for host opbrmf5ltm19001. Skipping…

could help

please remind steps to enable traps. may be i missed something

    Hi, 

    You have to reload trap configuration, tab “Configuration → Traps SNMP → Generate”

    thx for the reply.

    this action already done.

    comparing the the DB ( central and poller) i found that a host is missing. i was facing a pb with an empty DB (poller side). i have copied the db from the central to poller. it seems like synchro is not done. maybe if i copy again the db from the central to the poller it will work. (i will try rignt now). 

    generating trap Database doesn’t show any error but DB are not synchronised how to confirm that poller and central are in synch ?
