Since updating our centreon platform to version 23.10.3, I have four connectors in the being 'UNKNOWN: Cannot get token'.

On the host, I've used the 'OS-Windows-SNMP-Custom' and 'App-Commvault-Commserv-restapi' templates.

  For services, I have more or less the same commands 

I'm new to Centreon and the update was carried out by a service provider without any support.

I think the problem lies with the configuration on the host and/or the version of the package to be used. Can anyone give me a clue as to how to fix this?
