For a few days (maybe since the upgrade to version 21.10), the remote poller has become very unstable, sometimes it works then suddenly I get the error ‘Poller is not running” then starts working again. 

This is centreon broker log and centreon gorgoned log

Have you ever experienced this problem ??

Could you disable the log of TLS in Configuration > Poller > Broker Configuration to clean your log and send us when the issue occurs ?

Unfortuantly with the log fouled by tls log is complicated to see what happend.

Last thing, can you give us the return of the command:

grep -i segfault /var/log/messages

 


When i run the command “grep -i segfault /var/log/messages”, I have no results

And that’s the new log :

 


Do you have some errors at the same time on the central in /var/log/centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log ?

 

Do you have any error in /var/log/centreon-engine/centengine.log on the poller ?

There is the internal firewall, and that of the client.
