It has now been four years since The Watch has been serving the Centreon user community. Four years of shared experiences, valuable contributions, peer support, and passionate discussions around IT monitoring.
To mark this milestone and end the year on a high note, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the The Watch Loyalty Program!

 

A program that rewards your engagement


Your actions on The Watch, whether asking a question, posting an answer, liking, voting, etc already allow you to earn points. What’s new as of today is that these points can now be converted into real physical rewards, delivered straight to your home: mugs, backpacks, water bottles, and many other Centreon-branded items.

 

How does it work?


It couldn’t be simpler:

  • You are an active member of The Watch.

  • Your actions automatically earn points, visible on your profile or in the community leaderboard.

  • These points are transferred in real time to the The Watch Loyalty Program platform.

  • You can access the online shop here: The Watch Loyalty Program

  • You select your rewards and get them delivered to your home.

For your first login, simply enter the email address you use on The Watch.
A secure link will be sent to you by email to activate your account and access the shop.

Once logged in, you will see your total number of points. As soon as you have enough to claim your first reward, you can place your order.
 

💡 Points are updated in the shop after each order, but remain unchanged on your The Watch profile.

That is the only requirement to earn points and claim rewards.

What is The Watch Loyalty Program?
It is a loyalty program that allows you to convert your points earned on The Watch into physical rewards (mugs, backpacks, water bottles, etc.) delivered directly to your home.


Who can benefit from it?
Any user registered on The Watch. You simply need an active account to earn points and access the shop.


How do I earn points?
Points are automatically awarded for every action on The Watch: asking a question, replying to a discussion, voting, liking, and more.
You don’t need to do anything extra, everything is tracked automatically.


Where can I see my points?
Your points are visible on your The Watch profile and are also synchronized with The Watch Loyalty Program shop.


How do I access the shop?
Go to https://loyalty.thewatch.centreon.com
Enter the email address you use to log in to The Watch. You will receive an activation link by email to access your loyalty account.


Are my points the same on The Watch and in the shop?
Yes, when you log in for the first time, your points are identical.
However, after ordering rewards, your remaining points are updated only in the shop, not on The Watch.


What types of rewards can I claim?
Useful, high-quality, Centreon-branded items.
The shop will evolve over time with new products and special editions.


Do I have to pay anything?
You do not pay anything in money: everything is done using your points.
To order a reward, you simply need enough points to cover the cost of the item and the delivery fees, which are also deducted from your point balance.


I’m registered on The Watch but I’m not receiving the activation email. What should I do?
Make sure you entered the exact same email address used on The Watch.
Also check your spam or junk mail folders.


Can I change my email address?
For now, your access to the shop is linked to your The Watch email address. If you need to update it, please contact The Watch Team.


Can I order several items at once?
Yes, as long as you have enough points, you can order multiple items.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on your total order.


Is the shop available in multiple languages?
Yes, the platform is available in both French and English.
The Watch itself remains available in English only.
