Centreon Infra Monitoring

Hi,I not able to activate snmp trap.i can get a trap from a host configured in Centreon (see log below).i have a linked a service with a trap: .1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.4.0.3 but still getting a message : rap without service associated for host opbrmf5ltm19001. Hi,I have an issue - poller went down permanently before I was able to remove them from monitoring. So now they are in the main view all the time. How do I remove them? I found a topic: but there is no good explanation how to remove them from monitoring properly, without causing any new issues after deleting hosts from SQL?

Subject: Probem with Services Count Display on Centreon Dashboard  Hello,I am experiencing an issue with Centreon dashboard widgets (grid and chart)  where it displays 72 services , although in reality, there are only 18 services on this Host. Do you have any solutions for this problem?I would like to understand why this bug is occurring and how to resolve it.  ps: I am on Centreon 24.04.7 Thank you for your help

Hi everyone, I’m running 24.04, and try to use the APIv2 to maintain some HostGroup to Host  by script.I can do what I want, but maybe I have a ‘bug’:I use a command method ‘PATCH’ to update a single Host configuration, by modifying only the ‘groups’ item (by passing an array of integer (of HostGroup ID)).https://docs-api.centreon.com/api/centreon-web/24.10/#tag/Host/paths/~1configuration~1hosts~1%7Bhost_id%7D/patchThat work like a charm BUT, after doing that, I can’t export poller configuration anymore.It seems like this command add a ‘null’ value to Host Categories:After that if I go to the host configuration, clic the cross to ‘delete’ host category (but in fact, there is none), and save. Then I can export poller configuration again.Does someone have a way to update only ‘groups’ for a ‘host’ ?

Hellosince december update (i’m on 23.10) the centreon_vmware connector has changed to the new format with the json config filenow I’m having some issue with space usage on the pollers because of a log file for that vmware connector. there is no log level settings or rotation on the file /var/log/centreon/centreon_vmware.log and this file is filling the disk space. (on a poller that file was consumming more than 6GB, I had to delete it) is possible to add a rotate log config in a future update of the connector?or is there a way to reduce verbosity (I see a lot of “info” log level with json verbosity in that log file)

Hi, I am seeing gaps in my performance graphs. The gaps seem to be completely random and appear at different times for services on the same hosts or for other hosts/services. Could someone explain what could be the issue?

Hi All,We have this issue on our ACL, LDAP groups, is having an error on our ACL and DB, which causing newly added hosts/services not visible on non-admin accounts. Below is the CentACL.log error.We only have a workaround solution for this issue which is disable LDAP authentication & delete all LDAP group on Central Database. My Question, is it possible to modify the CentACL.php so that it will not query the LDAP groups on our AD? Appreciate your response.

Hello,We are used to checking the Event Log for services in Centreon (to see state changes, alerts, etc.).We have noticed that these events appear empty in the ‘EVENT LOG’ interface, regardless of the service consulted.This is happening since the last Upgrade (from  23.10.17 to  24.04.7).I tried to select only one host, or different services : or nothing : but the page remains EMPTY : If I select a time Range (Instead of LOG PERIOD) : same result.I found on thewatch multiple discussions on that subject … I tried to find some solutions … but could not find any solution.Any idea ? 

hi, I use centreon-plugins for azure.When I run the plugin with centreon :UNKNOWN: Command error: sh: az: command not found I tried in command line with the user centreon-engine and it works. It works beacause the PATH is correctly setup but when centreon run the command it doesn’t load the profile… How to run the profile of centreon-engine for this type of plugin ?

Bonjour,J’ai un souci actuellement avec centreontrapd : il prend trop de temps à s’exécuter.J’ai environ 3000 traps avec le même OID (et de même sur 3 autres OID), à cause de ça chaque trap met plus d’une minute à être traitée.Après analyse du code de centreontrapd, celui-ci recherche d’abord toutes les traps ayant l’OID parent de la trap envoyée (3000 dans mon cas), puis pour chacun des OID parent trouvé cherche l’hôte (3 à 5 ms avec une pointe à 50 ms) et le service associé et pour le service s’il n’est pas en downtime (12 à 20 ms avec une pointe à 90 ms).Si on compte la totalité : 3000 x (3 + 12) = 45 000 ms soit 45 s au minimum et 3000 x (5 + 20) = 75 000 ms soit 75 s mais peut durer encore plus longtemps.Mon problème est que je reçois entre 40 et 100 traps par minute et il est donc impossible pour centreontrapd de traiter tout ça ce qui fait que j’accumule les traps dans /var/spool/centreontrapd sans jamais pouvoir les résorber.Auriez-vous une solution pour résoudre ce problème s’
