Centreon Infra Monitoring

Hello,My monitoring server is warning me about CPU Ready consumption over 5% but when I calculate this value with extracted data directly picked from my vcenter, I’m not able to find the same result.I also installed a new system which is able to graph CPU Ready and this value for a particular virtual machine doesn’t exceed 1%.What am I doing wrong with Centreon ?It seems that this value is multiplied by 10 in the plugin.Thank you for your help. 

Hi,When I change a custom made command or a service on Centreon 23.10.11 WebUI, they are ignored until I restart all Centreon services :# systemctl restart cbd centengine gorgoned centreonIf I just try to export configuration as I did on Centreon 22.10 WebUI, all modifications made are ignored. Even if : Changes made on the command are present into /etc/centreon-engine/commands.cfg and /etc/centreon-engine/services.cfg but not on the service view from the top of the web page and are not monitored as expected.

Does Centreon have a replacement for xinetd on RHEL 9. I’ve migrated Centreon 23.10 from a RHEL 8 to 9 and discovered that xinetd  no longer exist on RHEL 9.Is there a solution to replace xinetd? Jacques

Hello, I’m on centreon 23.10.11 and I download both “Windows NSClient 0.5” and “Windows Nsclient API” in the Monitoring Connector Manager of Centreon. If i go to Configuration>hosts>templates the templates are present : However when I create a new host and try to select a template they both don’t appear in the list.When I try to run execute the prompt ‘dnf install centreon-pack-*’ or ‘dnf update centreon-pack-*’, i receive the Error : Unable to find a match: centreon-pack-* :  If you know or have an idea on how to resolve this problem, I would appreciate your help.Thank you.

Hello everyone,I am currently using the Centreon plugin, `centreon_linux_ssh.pl`, which generates multiple SSH connections for each service that is being executed.I am wondering if there is a way to establish persistent SSH connections instead.I noticed that there is a Centreon SSH Connector but But isn't it deprecated.? https://docs-older.centreon.com/docs/centreon-ssh-connector/en/latest/Is it possible to achieve this functionality directly from the Centreon Engine ? xy

Hello, I trying to get Centreon monitoring working and have run into a problem. I have created two server, one for the Central Server and a Polling server but it does not appear to be working as seen in the screen shot below. Hi ! Since an upgrade of Centreon 22.10 to 23.10 and a change of database password, i have a database issue and poller not running all services is up. In central broker master log we have any errors : cat /var/log/centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log[2024-04-08T17:00:23.324+00:00] [tcp] [error] TCP: Connection refused to localhost:5671[2024-04-08T17:00:23.324+00:00] [processing] [error] failover central-broker-master-input: global error: failover: 'central-broker-master-input' cannot connect endpoint.we should not have modified the database at the same time, we modified the passwords in the conf files. Hi,So we have 2 servers X and Y.If X goes down or Y goes down this can send a alert to a certain contact groupNow if X and Y are down at the same time , we would like to let this trigger an alert to another contact group. Is there a possiblity to setup a check like this that will alert only if X and Y are down?

my users are members of A LOT OF GROUPS, so I tried to configure a LDAP filter in the Group Searchex:GROUP FILTER -- (&(ObjectClass=Group)(sAMAccountName=%s)(sAMAccountName=XXX_*))GROUP MEMBER ATTRIBUTE -- memberUSER GROUP ATTRIBUTE -- memberOf It works well when I import a user, the groups assigned are correct, only groups starting with XXX_ are shown in the GROUP LDAP and LINKED TO CONTACT GROUPS  But when the user logs in the LDAP sync occurs, it takes a VERY LONG TIME and all the LINKED TO CONTACT GROUPS is replaced with all the memberships from the Active Directory.New values retrieved from LDAP Group Ldap same as after importIs there a way to keep the synchronization filtered ?
