Hello Community,I use Event Handler to realize remediation actions with others tools like Ansible,  AWX or Ansible Tower.I’ve seen on a customer platform a 20.10, that the downtime is not a state who blocked an event handler to run.According to the documentation the downtime just skip the notification process.Anyone can confirm me is normal or it’s a bug ?What workaround could be put in place about that ?Regards,Greg

I upgraded my 21.10 platform to the 22.04 the May 23th at 21:40.The last logs available in the table centreon_storage.logs dates from the May 25th at 01:42.No more entry is available since this date.Monitoring and notification still works.No error seems present in the php and centreon broker logs. The partitioning seems to be done without problems.

Hello I just recently installed Centreon, so I added some hosts and added a custom snmp template to them.In Report>Dashboard on one of my hosts I have the following information: host status available, CPU service, RAM, Ping undetermined.In the status of resources I find the graphics of this host which are well fed.I therefore do not understand why it marks me that these services are indeterminate when they nevertheless work well.I don't know if there are a few more things to configure.Thank you for your answers,

No error on httpd.The problem is that i can’t access the website via my navigator, i get the error “xx.xx.xx.xx was too long to answer”. Hello to all,My company is currently migrating the monitoring of our infrastructure from Nagios to Centreon. We have already migrated a lot of Windows and we are still continuing. We will soon start the Linux. All our Linux servers are in Debian 10/11. For the moment, we have not yet found a Centreon-NRPE agent for Debian machines. I have the impression that the agent has been developed for CentOS or RedHat. Have you ever done monitoring via NRPE on Debian or Ubuntu systems?Thanks in advance for your answers which would be a great help!

Hello guys we are using centreon to monitor Linux and AIX servers using SNMP but there are snmp limitations for AIX servers we cannot monitor gpfs filesystems, memory, load which are required to be monitored. can we monitor these using agent? please note we are monitoring AIX version 7.2.

Hi,We are using Centreon 21.10.6 on Centos 7.9.As we are many people doind some actions in the interface: Set Downtimes, Force multipllle checks, Poller deploiement… etc Is there a way to activate an Audit log of who does what ? Currently the only audit I have is the Authentication success is /var/log/centreon/login.log.But would like to audit all the human actions on Centreon …. Thanks ! 

Bonjour,J’ai mis en place deux de mes collecteurs utilisant une installation centos classique, mais c’est deux collecteurs ne fonctionnent pas alors que ceux qui ont été créés sur une ancienne version fonctionne corretement.Les deux pollers qui ne marche pas sont bien sur Centreon 22.04 et POL-TEST-ISO a été installé via l’ISO ou Centreon est préinstallé dessus. 

Hi everyone, When i was mounting SNMP checks for a CentOS 7 server, i recieved a really strange result as follows for its RAM usage : Status informationCRITICAL: Ram Total: 1.80 GB Used (-buffers/cache): -130.51 MB (-7.10%) Free: 1.92 GB (107.10%) As you can see the i have USED < 0 and Free > Total… And i’ve verified by lauching a “free” command on the server, the correct RAM usage has nothing to do with that (not just +130.51MB for USED).Here is my command : /usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_linux_snmp.pl --plugin=os::linux::snmp::plugin --mode=memory --hostname=xxx --snmp-version='2c' --snmp-community='xxx' --warning-usage='80' --critical-usage='90' --snmp-timeout='5' Which is quite normal i believe, and other checks SNMP works well for the same server (CPU, Disk...), only check RAM fails.

Hello, When I apply a downtime on a Centreon host in REST V2 API, I have a 2h time difference.I don't find this time difference when using CLAPI (or REST API V1) The user with whom I generated an API token has a Europe/Paris timezone configured in his profile. It looks very strongly like a timezone problem but I don't see where to fix it, do you know where it could come from? Do you have the same behavior on your Centreon platform? Thanks and regards
