Authentication failed, company not found

Hi,

in my Centreon on premise version 25.10.9, if i go the page:

Configuration → Connectors → Monitoring Connectors

and i click to the botton “Update all”, i get this error:

 

“An error occured while installing the following monitoring connector :
+ base-generic

Reason: Authentication failed, company not found

So the following monitoring connector were not processed
+ base-generic”

 

while on file /var/log/centreon/license-manager.log a this line appears

 [2026-04-07T15:35:24+02:00] ERROR : 0|0|[RestUnauthorizedException] https://api.imp.centreon.com/v2/auth/instance : Authentication failed, company not found | {"custom":null,"exception":null,"default":{"request_infos":{"uri":"/centreon/api/internal.php?object=centreon_pp_manager_pluginpack&action=updateAllPluginPacks","http_method":"GET","server":"10.40.11.150"}}}

 

The license is an IT100

This issue happened after the upgrade from version 24.* to 25.*

 

How can i fix this issue?

I replied to Nils with a private message.

 

Today I did the update from Centreon 25.10.9 to 25.10.10, but the issue is still there.

    Hello,

     

    I have the same issue with centreon connector 24.10.17 to 24.10.18.

    Can you say how you fixed it?

    Could you please explain a bit more in depth what is your issue?

    And then send me by private message which email was used to get the licence key and the licence key itself?

    My issue is:

    I updated my Test platfom (IT-100 Licence) to the last available version .

    all was ok.

    When I go to connectors, I see 1 connector (Linux) has 1 update avalable. When I click on it to update, I have the message:

    If I click on “Update all”, I have:

     

     

    And My button, “View Licence” disappeared, So I think my licence isn’t linked anymore…

    And in logs, I have:
