Hello,
In VMWare Vshpere we can regroup Datastores into groups, called “Datastore Cluster”, which can be named.
It would be nice to do two things :
- monitor a “Datastore Cluster” usage
- monitor each datastore usage in a specific “Datastore Cluster”
In Backlog
Vmware checks for Datastore Cluster.

Datastore Clusters exist from at least Vshere 6.
I’m using Vshpere 6.5, 7 and 8, theses screenshots are from 7.0
