I need always show the severity column for my users. its a important information for the service desk team.
Now, after each login I need click in 'Add column' and select 'severity'.
It's possible set to show the 'Severity column' by default for all users?

Thanks

Ciao! I’m not replying to your question but I want to be sure:

Once you select severity, the column list is saved between logout/login?

Hello Dalfo, you are partially right, when I do logout, with the severity column select, yes its is saved. But only on the workstation that a I logged in. When a made login in another workstation, I need select the column again.
We have a many users, and the severity column is really very important to NOC oporation.
I will to train the peaple to vrify if the column is showed, but, humans make mistakes always their have a opportunitty.  : )

Thank’s for you response.

Hi,

We have a similar issue since we had migrate from 22.10 to 24.10. We use Notes column for links to our documentation database. Since 24.10, Notes column isn't show by default anymore.

An admin should be able to mark some colums mandatory for all users. I think this is a missing feature.
