Undetermined host in dashboard

Hello, 

We are getting undetermined for Host reports in dashboard. Please let me know how to rectify this issue.

@pravink just in case it was unclear how I figured it out: 

  • Your Host is 14,29% undetermined and it’s the same for some of the services
    • 100 / 7 is 14,28571.. => 14,29%

A cronjob consolidates these data every night. 


As you selected Last 7 days, it’s normal that the Services you added recently DB-Disk have a large part of undetermined over this period. ​​​​​​For the same reason, Host and its default services (Cpu, Disk-IO ...) with 14,29% of undetermined.

It probably means that some of the Services of this Host have been added in the last seven days? Am I right?
