Hello guys, currently trying to install Centreon 25.10 using packages and so far I’m stuck at the web installation part. After following all the steps for Installing a Central server I can’t seem to be able to open the webUI to continue the installation. The site can’t be reached. I am trying to install it on RHEL 9. Anyone else has faced the same issue?

Hello,

Yeah I have done all of the above but still to no avail.

can you do the following commands and share the outputs please.

# list centreon packages installed
sudo dnf list installed | grep '^centreon'

# show if there is failed services on the os
sudo systemctl status --failed

# show the last logs related to web app
sudo tail -n 10 /var/log/centreon/centreon-web.log /var/log/php-fpm/error.log

# show the status of your firewall
sudo firewall-cmd --list-all

Hopefully we can figure out what is going on with your system.

Else i would say maybe retry installation (as you don’t have any data, nothing to fear).
Maybe you did miss a critical step somewhere.
