Messages using Postfix on Centreon dont Work

Hi. I need your help to resolv a problem with Postfix on Centreon to send alerts via email.Iam sure There is something wrong in my configuration because i still can´t send by email the alerts.Can help me with this issue. Regards.

SNMP - Check dossier racine linux uniquement

Bonjour à tous,J’ai 2 partitions sur 2 disques différents sur mon serveur Linux : un dossier racine /un dossier /var/lib/jenkinsle check disk (en SNMP je précise) vérifie correctement le /var/lib/jenkins par contre le check sur le dossier racine / prend aussi le /var/lib/jenkins (ce qui me semble assez logique :-) )Y a t-il moyen d’exclure le /var/lib/jenkins dans le check du dossier racine ?Merci pour votre aide,Thierry

Debian 11 mail server monitoring problem [21.10]

Hello everyone,I am writing to you as a young IT student learning supervision with Centreon 21.10 (IT-100 license) and stuck with a problem I don't understand.As part of my work, I have to supervise 3 Linux Debian 11 servers:- An Apache 2 web server- A MariaDB server- A mail server with iRedMailThese 3 servers are installed by me.I was able to add without problems the first two to Centreon with the help of the very well written documentation and the Linux-snmp plugin (and those intended for the various services).However, the third one has a problem that I cannot explain. It adds itself well to Centreon, is detected as "available" but the ping is marked as "alert" with a loss of 20% while the other values of the linux-snmp plugin remain as "unknown".Considering that this third server is configured exactly the same way as the 2 others, both at system and snmp service level. The ping is not disturbed when I test it directly via the RHEL terminal (which hosts my Centreon server).I really d

Bonjour,J'ai récemment voulu Migré mon Centeron qui était en 3.8 en version 21.10 ,J'ai donc suivi à la lettre tout en ajustant certaines informations liées à mon environnement / infrastructure. Je suis donc arrivé au point où il faut forcer l'édition de la version via l'interface web.j'ai donc suivi et copié le répertoire d'installation là où il faut et j'ai commencé.je me suis donc retrouvé face à une erreur me disant que la base de données existait déjà. Hello , On Custom View , i try to manage TOP 10 CPU for AS400 plugins Pack Metrics name is 'system.processing.units.usage.percentage' ,when i with with quote my widget return a Error Code 500  with no quote , nothing appear in widget …Any Idea ?

SNMP Traps - Documentation not accurate

Hello,I installed Centreon version 21.04 and everything works perfectly. I wanted to use the SNMP Trap and that's when a problem occurs, my traps don't work. I went to the debug pagehttps://docs.centreon.com/docs/21.04/monitoring/passive-monitoring/debug-snmp-traps-management/#detailed-diagramand when I saw the diagram at the bottom I saw that I had to configure a path to a centcore.cmd file, unfortunately I don't have this file and the documentation is not accurate in this case.I wanted to know if there was a method I didn't find to still get the traps working.Thanks

Issue with Centreon to get the IBM MQ channel status

We have centreon configured in one of our servers which is polling the IBM MQ Server to get the status of the channels . It was working fine past 5 years with out any issues . Suddenly we are getting unknown status in centreon for one of queue managers running in a host . Any logs path we can check for the unknown status in centreon ? Can i get some help here? I don’t see any issue in the mq server. we are currently using mq_check.pl script

Internal server error after update 21.04.10 to 21.10

Hello, I'm trying to update by following this procedure: https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/upgrade/upgrade-from-21-04/Everything is fine except for this command:systemctl reload httpd24-httpdJob for httpd24-httpd.service invalid.When the update is finished I get the error:internal server error when i try to login.

How to check status of a host without using ping or host keep-alive check ?

Hi guys ive been using Host-keep-alive check for keeping my host status up as we do not have ping enabled, is there any alternative to check if the host is up and send notifications to users if the host goes DOWN.

Bonjour à tous,Nous souhaitons installer la dernière version de Centreon (21.10.x) sur nos serveurs.Cependant notre contexte SI nous impose certaines contraintes.Pas d’accès à internet Installation de Centreon dans une arborescence précise (différente d’une installation classique) Serveur sous Red Hat 8.5Compte-tenu des contraintes, je suis parti sur une installation de Centreon à partir des sources au format tar.gz (car ce format me permet de customiser les chemins d’installation)J’ai suivi la documentation disponible sur le site ICI Dans un premier temps pour les prérequis, j’ai réussi à télécharger tous les packages systèmes nécessaires et les déposer manuellement sur mon serveur pour débuter l’installation. J’ai téléchargé les dernières versions tar.gz des packages “centreon-collect” & “centreon-web”J’ai commencé par l’installation de Centreon-Collect, mais comme préconisé dans la doc, j’utilise le script cmake.sh. I don’t undeerstand in the documentation how to add a remote server in a dmz.The remote server can connect to internet but is not accessible from.When I use registerServerTopology.sh on the remote server, I have a 500 error.In the log on the central, the error is “no route to host”.Am I clear ?
