Hi,I am using the Resource Status page in Centreon and I am trying to filter out services when the related host is DOWN.For most checks, when I use the filter:  status:unknown information:^((?!host*is.down))     the services with the message "Host xxxx is down" disappear correctly.However, for some services, they are still displayed.What is the correct syntax to completely exclude all services where the information field contains something like:"host xxxx is down" ?Additionally, is it possible (like in the old custom views) to have a checkbox or a built-in filter option to automatically hide service alerts (KO/CRITICAL/UNKNOWN) when the host is DOWN or UNREACHABLE?  

Hi there. since the upgrade to centreon 25.10.6 it's not possible to do bulk edits of hosts anymore. it ends up in blank content, no error. Also no changes got applied. Hello I always get the error when I want to add a new machine to monitor on my Centreon and I press the “Save” button:SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate for "https://centreon01.mydomain.net/centreon/api/latest/configuration/hosts/220".I never faced that error before this occur since the upgrade from version 24.10.17 to 24.10.19 on RHEL 9 server…Absolutely no changes and the SSL certificates are valid and correctly installed…Where this could come from ?

Did an upgrade from 24.10 to 25.10.  Rocky 10.  After the upgrade, I seem unable to interact with any of the checks.  I can’t forced re-checks or acknowledge alerts.  Check seem to be running, but ack’ing no longer functions.  What should I look at to debug?  Tailing logs actually doesn’t seem to reveal that much. Thanks

At one of our customers we are trying to activate Free IT 100.We got the LKey couple of months ago.When we try to activate we get error “Can’t reach Centreon License Delivery Service”.For a test we tried to generate a new test LKey on your website – but we get error that You are curently upgrading Your internal platform.Are some of your systems not working at this point? If so, when could we expect them to be operational?We are experiencing this issue – both generating a new LKey and registering a customer Free IT 100 Centreon edition for over a 3 weeks at this point.Is there any other way to activate Free IT 100 edition at our customer?How long is the planned duration of your service outage?Kind regards,Danijel.

I've been notified of a problem with the export, which no longer works in Customviews.For example, export from a service-monitoring :/var/log/php-fpm/centreon-error.log[09-Feb-2026 10:35:16 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined variable $db in /usr/share/centreon/www/widgets/service-monitoring/src/export.php on line 443The rest of the interface works fine.I have a development platform with the same version number on which I cannot reproduce the problem. Lorsque l’on a un host qui est en mode désactivé, les services associés ne s’affichent pas dans la vue des services.Il est donc impossible de vérifier/modifier ces services.Est-ce logique ?Je suppose que c’est le choix fait au niveau du Centreon Core.

La fonction d’export CSV est-elle / sera implémentée dans les resources table comme dans la page ressources status ?

Bonjour, J’ai remarqué que la découverte des Datastores étaient faites sur le Vcenter et non sur les ESX.Le problème que je rencontre est que depuis le Vcenter tous les datastores sont visibles or depuis les ESX ce n’est pas le cas. Je me retrouve donc avec des services sur mes ESX essayant de voir des datastores auxquels ils n’ont pas accès. Avez vous une solution qui permettrait de valider que l’ESX voit bien ces datastores avant de les ajouter dans les services ? Merci

Lorsque l’on met le service en downtime, les check sont toujours fait.Est-ce qu’il faudrait passer le service en mode passif ?Est-ce que l’option “disable service check when host is down” pourrais être également mis en place sur les downtimes ?

Bonjour,Je vous explique ma situation pour imager la problématique.Aujourd’hui j’aimerai que lorsqu’un host est down par exemple, qu’il envoie en journée une notification à un client (ActeurA) mais qu’à partir disons de 19h à 7h qu’il envoie au groupe astreinte (ActeurB).La problématique étant qu’aujourd’hui on peux ne pas créer de règles pour faire cela ou du moins pas à ma connaissance.

Hello,Here is the context: I want to have a single dashboard view for each customer.To do this, I created a viewerclientA user with a very restricted viewerclientA ACL that only allows read access to dashboards. In addition, I shared the relevant dashboard with my admin account for the viewerclientA account, so it can access it.However, they cannot see certain widgets on the dashboard. Could you please advise me on the changes that need to be made to the ACL in order to gain access?The error message can be seen in the photo.​​​​​​  

Hi,I recently updated to version 24.10.15 from 24.10.14I also updated some third party plugins at the same time.Since that update I have had the problem that occassionally the services running the plugins (Dell iDRAC among others) are timed out after a while.
