Lua Stream Connector Debug: filter returned false / Events not being processed on specific host

Hello Centreon Community/Support,I am experiencing an issue with a custom Lua stream connector script that is designed to send monitoring events to an external system (BEM). The script functions correctly on one Centreon Poller/Central server, but on a different host (which I'll refer to as "Problem Host"), events are consistently being dropped at the filter stage, resulting in the debug log message filter' returned false.I have confirmed that the target system is listening on the expected port (2540) and that the "Problem Host" can establish a TCP connection to it.Problem Description:On a specific Centreon host (the "Problem Host"), the Centreon Broker Lua stream connector is not processing events as expected. The debug logs show that the filter function in the Lua script is rejecting all incoming service status and host status events, even though the same script works perfectly on another Centreon host. This prevents any alarm messages from being sent to the BEM system.Observed Debug

Problem with centreon gorgoned centreon 24.10.5

Hello,i’ve an issue withe connectivity between centreon central and a remote poller with the 24.10.5 version. My central can reach the remote poller with tcp port 5556 From cental, a netstat command  we can see Fin wait, it’ seems that the client initiale a connection to the remote server but don’t have received the reponse that the connection is established.  From the remote server: we can see  a lot of established connection to the central… Normally i have other remote server, and normally there is only one connection, but not a lot as the screenshot. Architecture:CI-remote <--> FW customer ==VPN== FW IT↔ CentralWe have open all rules on each FW temporary to analyse but the connection is not permanent…. Actually, when i export config throw the Web interface, the files generated are not moved on the server remote, i’have issue Handshake Timeout the remote server id =5the central id=1 Could someone explain my which commands are running when the export is done i hope i can see err

Keysight NVOS ret API port plugin

Hello All,I have an issue with the “port” mode in the plugin: Keysight NVOS Rest API All other mode are ok in RestAPI but this mode doesn’t work, in manual service creation or in discovery. The response is : UNKNOWN: 405 Method Not AllowedVersion of plugin: 24.12.2I didn’t see any newer version Keysight version: Keysight Vision E10S - current version 6.8.0.6  (last API guide = version 6.6.1) I try it with an admin account so, no rights issue… and the account is working properly for other modes. Any ideas? Laurent

[VM hosted by our internet access provider]Unable to load services

Hello,We have some vm hosted by our provider but we can't get the services up.i tried with snmp (tcp 5666) or nrpe (udp 161) but both not working.The ISP opened those ports in their firewall.The one in red is nrpeThe one in green is snmpfor both type of services on the same VM it seems like something blocking but i dont know where.snmpwalk works but i get this message when typing it on the centreon centralAny advice or any ideas?Best regards,Stephane ADEKALOM

Unable to Install Windows NRPE 0.5 Monitoring Connector – Redirect to Store Loop

Hey everyone, I’m currently following the documented steps to set up NRPE monitoring for Windows hosts with Centreon. https://docs.centreon.com/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/operatingsystems-windows-nsclient-05-nrpe/Here is what has been completed so far : Steps already done:Installed the NRPE plugin on each poller:yum install centreon-nrpe3-pluginInstalled the Windows NRPE 0.5 Centreon Pack on the Central server:yum install centreon-pack-operatingsystems-windows-nsclient-05-nrpe Issue encountered :In the Centreon Web interface, underConfiguration > Connectors > Monitoring Connectors,the "Windows NRPE 0.5" Monitoring Connector does not appear as installed. When I try to click on it and use the “Subscribe” button, I am redirected to the Centreon Store,but the store is currently unavailable and displays the message:“The Store is getting a makeover”As a result, I am unable to install the Monitoring Connector and complete the configuration. Questions:Is the Windows NRPE 0.5

Certain poller not sending email notification.Check configuration of working poller to problematic poller and cant see the issue.Tried troubleshooting email test to poller not sending any email notification:echo "test" | mail -s "test" test@test.comtesting goes thru and received my test emailany idea where to check or we missed out for this poller?Centreon version 21.10.7

Migrate from Centreon 2.8.32 community edition to Centreon 24.04.2 Licensed

Hello Centreon addicts, We were using Centreon 2.8.32 community edition for about 3 years and were very happy with it to manage our infra, so we decided to buy a License for upgrade to the latest version and use the commercial plugins.BUT, migration is really not an easy way, I’ve first tried to follow the migration path on Centreon Web Site (https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/migrate/migrate-from-3-4/) but we follow a lot of issues with the database that cannot pass the UPGRADE - 22.04.1 step…Then I tried to use the Export feature on the old one but it stays running for days without evolution, then I decided tu use centreon-clapi -e from command-line, and ther a very enormous file is generated (more than 50GB !!!) but it does not reach the end of the export and fails with that error message: A critical diagnostic event occurred in the memory device. Retry operation. <br/>--Novell NMS trap annotation<br/>Variables:<br/>  1: alertSystem<br/>  2: alertTableIndexOID

Another IP is assigned to the central unit for communication with pollers.I don't understand where my problem comes from.

How to export "Services by host group" items?

Dear Community!I have been using Centreon for a while and we have been working on migrating our Centreon infrastructure to a new environment.It is important to note that, we are using a lot of “Services by host group” type of configurations.So while preparing for this migration activity, I tried to export the whole configuration (with checking all type of objects in the Export menu). When I checked the content of the export file, I did not find any services which are configured as “Services by host group”. I’m unable to create an export, which contains also the configuration also for services, which are assigned to host groups. Has anybody experienced the same with Centreon Community edition version 24.10.8 ? Thank You very much in advance for the support!

centreon vmware do NOT upgrade to 24.10.8, it will break you configs

Hello,If you are using  Centreon (in  Configuration > Connectors > Additional Configurations) to manage your Centreon VMware demon , do NOT upgrade to 24.10.8. The configuration manager is completely broken Lost on all the user/pass previously enteredImpossible to fix the config because of JS errorsUser and Password field unusable because all characters in every fields are replaced by stars (yes, even the users) The result will be non-working configuration for the demon and you will loose all the monitoring of the vcenters. The work around for me was to get the config JSON from a backup, restore it under another name,  and modify the /etc/sysconfig/centreon_vmware on every poller to force centreon_vmware use this file. Good luck.
