SNMPv3 need some additionals parameters to works in Centreon

This parameters are not present with macro by default, so you have to add all this parameters in the EXTRAOPTIONS host macro

The parameters you need to add are these

In my case,

It seems that Centreon does not read the EXTRAOPTIONS,

According to @Dalfo, you need to add 

if ($options{option_results}->{snmp_version} eq '3') {
  /...]
}

Ah yes the macro name is not EXTRAOPTIONS but SNMPEXTRAOPTIONS
