Problem: When I apply a new configuration in a service it doesn’t apply after exporting the configuration.

I have a service named “Filesystem”.
I changed the CRITICAL level to 98.

Then I export the configuration.

But it doesn’t seems to work because when centreon recheck the service it doesn’t apply the CRITICAL level at 98, it let it at 90…

Any Idea?

I don’t know . Look how the command is defined maybe?.
Did you tried to force the check? (ie: has it been executed ye?)

Also, this is not related  to your problem obviously,  but be aware that the way Centreon displays the command is totally silly, do not hesitate to copy the command with the button (not by selecting with the mouse!)  and copy to a text editor, to see what really is the command executed.
They probably had the idea to make it  “pretty” but it is just wrong often.

For your problem, I have no idea. But it wouldn’t be the first time a provided models has errors.

@Stéphane I copied the command and it works perfectly.

I also tried to force the check and it doesn’t change

HI @ruben_mendez can you check in /etc/centreon-engine/services.cfg if the critical threshold is correct on your poller?

Hi, I edited the /etc/centreon-engine/services.cfg in my poller like this:

I reloaded the pollers and it did’nt work, but the next day I saw this:

It seems like the configuration changed and now i can edit other hosts’s services and it applys normally like months ago. I don’t know what happened.

Thanks for your replays
