Hello,

I have just installed a centréon 23.10.0 opensource server on debian 11.

A few days later, I upgraded it to 23.10.1.

That same day, I was still accessing my administration platform.

And this morning nothing.

With the same user and password, I can no longer access my admin platform.

A message appears, "User is not allowed to reach web application."

Have you had this happen before and do you have a solution?

Sincerely

Hello,

I don’t have this problem but the error message seems to be linked to the “Reach Centreon Frontend” parameters

Can you try to connect to the Centreon database and use this SQL query

UPDATE centreon.contact SET contact_oreon ='1' WHERE contact_alias='admin';

and retry to connect with the “admin” user?

It will ensure the “Reach Centreon Frontend” parameters is set to “yes” on your admin user

Regards

oh thank you very much
It worked without a hitch.
Just a small question.
Is this due to the version upgrade.
If so, will it do it every time?

To be honest i don’t think it’s due to the update (i don’t see anything related to this on the Centreon Github), but i could be wrong

You can keep the command i gave you if this error happens again

Also, can you check on Centreon web console in the menu Administration > Logs and check if there is any modification on your admin user (on my screenshot it’s “test” but look for “admin” instead)?

and see if there is this type of modification?

Regards

Yes, I will keep your order very carefully.
I have searched but I don't see any logs of this type.
