Since my last mystake .

I reinstall centreon with the same OVA , but when I tried to restore my centreon-storage db everything gone wrong .

So I tried to re-install again the same OVA , and obviously I registred my token each time, so It seems that we have a limited attempt.

So I had the good idea to copy the epp.license frome my backup to the new install.

If I take the fingerprint by the webUI I got this:

If I look in the epp.license , I got this:

For now I can’t upgrade cenreon, it stay on 22.10.04 version.

And I have no access on all plugin.

 

Any idea.

I @Marchal-l you have a limitation of 3 Centreon platform with the IT-100 license key. You can’t copy your license from a platform to another one.


Thanks, I finished by fully read all informations on centreon 100IT.

So I contact the sales services , to know if they can reset my attempt or something like that.

Is there anything to do to unlink my ancient token and register a new one ?

Can I erase the license saftly ?
