Issue with registration IT-100 Token

Hello, 

 

I have an issue with my IT-100 Token.

We're currently testing centreon and I've badly followed the process of unlinking my token on all our different test instances. 
I've tried to follow all the steps in the topic below, but I'm still stuck with the error "{"code":409, "message": "Instance already registered." 

All communication tests are OK, I checked the similarity of the fingerprint and the "epp.license" file

Currently I'm blocked as you can see below and nothing happens when I enter my token.

We solved our problem. 
After several attempts, we removed the following modules: Auto discovery, IT Edition and Licence manager and reinstalling them, our token was accepted and the licence is valid again.
