Hi guy ,

i don’t really understand the different betwenn thz different kind of aknowledgement :

 

We had an incident yesterday (a lot for real) .

I just whant to aknowledge until the next incident .

Hi @Marchal-l , I suppose it is a translation problem.

Persistant (non-OK) in french is the translation of “Sticky”, this indicate that the ACK is keep when the resource change to another non-ok status (from warning to critical).

Persistant means that the ACK is keep even if the Centreon Engine which monitor this resource receive a new configuration and restart.
