Hi,

I am trying to set up opsgenie integration into centreon following the https://docs.centreon.com/docs/24.04/integrations/event-management/sc-opsgenie

but not all alerts are sent to opsgenie.

What I see in the logs is that

Wed Jan  8 07:43:27 2025: WARNING: sc_event:is_valid_poller]: no instance ID found for host ID: 446
Wed Jan  8 07:43:27 2025: WARNING: :sc_event:is_valid_service_status_event]: service id: 16996. host_id: 446 is not monitored from an accepted poller

Is there any parameter that could allow this to be sent as alert to opsgenie?

We hope this will help you solve the issue you may encounter. Don't hesitate to test the commands proposed in the last section to check that you are able to send data to Opsgenie.
