Hi,
Why not giving a try to the new Centreon Monitoring Agent, which is currently in beta and will be officialy suported in a few weeks ?
The new Agent is dedicated to replace NSClient++ & NRPE for Windows & Linux monitoring.
It provides strong performance, security, native checks, native opentelemetry protocol and a full support & rich roadmap from Centreon.
Tell me if you need a meet to discuss about it and help you to onboard.
The most stable and advanced agent, at this day is NSClient++
https://github.com/mickem/nscp
Very stable and powerfull, have serverals API, TLS support, native and external cheks.
Centreon is packaging this agent under another name, but the packaged agent is outdated, but include Centreon plugins if you need them.
At last you can try Centreon Monitoring Agent, but it’s rather new.
Thank you for your answers. We are considering switching to an agent, but this completely changes the monitoring method, which is no longer active but passive... whereas the classic NSCP remains active, but... you have to configure SSL.
