Can I get a VM's file system usage using vmware templates?

Hello,

I have a need to check the file system usage at OS level for my infrastructure. For physical servers, I used the snmp templates and i can check the FS usage but for VMs I am not able to find the right service template. is it possible? if yes, could you please tell me the right service template.
