Hi,
Some packages are indeed missing from our repos, but this one is actually not necessary.
This should work:
# on the central/poller:
dnf install nagios-plugins-nrpe.x86_64 -y
/usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_nrpe -3 -H ip_of_the_server
