Hi,

I’m using centreon since a lot of time on different projects for monitoring purposes. Now the customer asked me availability reports (the option is present) but i have for services, hosts and hosts group, 100% unknown.

Looging at the logs on the eventReportBuilder.log i find error on scheduled launched command → 2024-08-08 03:00:03 - ERROR - MySQL error : cannot connect to database : Access denied for user 'centreon'@'localhost' 

Everything is working fine, RRD performance data are being stored and so on  but all the steps to create the availability view apparently fails.

I also double checked the possibility to login as centreon user on the db and it works fine, any idea on what should I check? All my installations (made from scratch following the instructions)have this error.
