Hello community !

Recently, I installed some Huawei OceanStor storage array. So I installed the “Huawei OceanStor SNMP” plugin pack and when I try to use it to check through SNMPv3, the checks stays in unknown state “ UNKNOWN: SNMP Session: unable to create “.

When I try a snmpwalk v3, it’s OK.

snmpwalk -v3  -l authPriv -u usernamesnmpv3 -a SHA256 -A "AuthenticationPassword" -x AES256 -X "EncryptionPassword" hostfqdn

In Centreon, I added the following informations in the “SNMPEXTRAOPTIONS” field :

--snmp-username="usernamesnmpv3" --authpassphrase="AuthenticationPassword" --authprotocol="SHA256" --privpassphrase="EncryptionPassword" --privprotocol="AES256"

Do someone have the same issue ?

Thanks,

Regards.
