New monitoring agent

I want so share this new monitoring agent I found :

It’s cross platform, support TLS, and we even can pass script in the command.

There is a client like check_nrpe

This is true opensource with MIT license.

I didn’t tried SNClient+, but it’s on my list as it’s currently one of the most advanced agent I have found.

It includes the most useful basic plugins, but we need to be patient because most of them are still in dev.

As Centreon do not have hi own agent and do not contribute to others, perhaps Centreon can work with ConSol to make the dev faster

Hi, do these client are supporting scripts ? to run centreon_plugin and monitor things like ad,wsus,sccm ?

looking for that alternative since update to 23.04 and not planning to re using all dead nsclient.

Hi @blank , yes, SNClient+ does support scripts, with some configuration in the “.ini” file.
