Hello,

I have experienced an issue with my centreon since a week.

The Connection-Time does not work because the user centreon-engine has access denied from localhost.

I have searched for a solution on The Watch’s blogs, and I still have not found either what could it be or how to solve it.

Also, I would like to know if this issue could result in the fact that if I make a modification in a host or a service, the centreon does not apply it.

May someone help me please ?

hello

if I look at my config, the “connection-time” for the central needs a login/password for the account centreon, as you don’t provide it in your command, it uses “centreon-engine” which has no access to mysql (it’s the process that run all check on the poller)

these should provided in the “host macro” from the template  App-Monitoring-Centreon-Database-custom :

maybe you removed or modified these macros, or maybe there was an update on the plugin pack, or there is a much bigger problem when I see your last problem about not being able to update the conf
