TCPOPTIONS for App-Protocol-Tcp-Custom ?

i allow myself to open this topic because i don’t understand something about App-Protocol-Tcp-Custom.

I want to monitor my port 10080 on a machine with the address 10.10.10.10 for example,
and I don't know how to fill in the "port" option, can someone help me?
