Hello,

When I export CSV graph from Performance from my Administrator account, i have a good CSV export and no error in  /var/log/centreon/centreon-web.log but when I do this with another account, it generates an error in /var/log/centreon/centreon-web.log and I have an empty CSV export :

The user has the view and the rights even on the host and the service.

Hello

I realized I have the same issue, as I have a user that tried to get a csv and got an empty file.

I opened a ticket on the support website as it is problematic

Hello,

Same issue for me.

hello,

as I said, I contacted the support and this was a bug which was resolved by a patch in november/december,

this should be resolved for all supported version (from 22.10 to 24.10) if you update the latest patch of your major version.

I may be wrong for 22.10 support, I think it has ended so may be only after 23.04

Hello,

Thanks for reply, but i’m in 24.10.04

BR

I have a test platform in 24.10.4-1 (patched this monday)

I just checked and I created a simple user, non administrator, basic menu access to get to the graph, and download the CSV from the right panel in the ressource status, and from the performance/graph menu

and to be in the same scenario I disabled the “All ressources” ACL and created a limited ACL for that user, which was the cause of the orignal problem (if you had an ACL, the csv was not working)

with all that setup, the CSV is being correctly generated in both case, no “empty” file (0 bytes length), si I couldn’t reproduce the issue.

check your version exact sub-version, you’ll see it in shell with

rpm -qa | grep centreon-web

(or the deb/ubuntu equivalent of that)

there may have been something fixed in the 24.10.4-1,

and also, try to check if you have the exact same issue as described it (empty csv file with a non-admin user)

here is the fix they did fix(Graphs): User with ACLs download an empty csv via Performance > Graph page. by dmyios · Pull Request #5437 · centreon/centreon

if you don’t access to the support, you could try to create an issue on the github and describe your exact problem there (and referencing this post here on the watch)

My version is:

centreon-web-24.10.4-1.el9.noarch

I duplicate user who is impacted with same rights, but i don’t have the issue.

No ALC configured on impacted users, just contact groups assigned for rights management.

I’ll create a ticket to support, thanks for help
