First time posting here, It’s been some time since we had working graphs on Centreon and I’m trying to see if I can make them work again.
Here is a summary of the situation : It’s been like this for 6 months. This morning I updated from 22.04 to 22.10 but it’s the exact same thing: I either have “ No data available for this period ” or graphs but without any data on them.
I saw other posts from other users and tried the solutions (like adding an IPv4 output named centreon-broker-rrd, see
), but nothing seems to work.

Can you confirm that you have a dedicated Centreon Broker output on “central-broker-master” to forward data to “central-rrd-master” :
And you have a “central-rrd-master” definition?
Then can you check that both Centeron Broker are working on your server using:
systemctl status cbd
You should have something like:

You don’t have a “1” subfolder in /var/cache/centreon/config/broker/:

and check if you have files into /var/cache/centreon/config/broker/1
Yes, now I do have a “1” folder. In there they are 4 json files and they’re not empty.
ok, the content of central-broker.json have 2 outputs?
Well I just took a look at my Centreon and the graphs are back… Right after the “poolergenerate” command they started to work again, the question now is “why were they missing in the first place?”
