First time posting here, It’s been some time since we had working graphs on Centreon and I’m trying to see if I can make them work again.
Here is a summary of the situation : It’s been like this for 6 months. This morning I updated from 22.04 to 22.10 but it’s the exact same thing: I either have “ No data available for this period ” or graphs but without any data on them.
I saw other posts from other users and tried the solutions (like adding an IPv4 output named centreon-broker-rrd, see
), but nothing seems to work.
I appreciate any help :) Thanks!

Can you confirm that you have a dedicated Centreon Broker output on “central-broker-master” to forward data to “central-rrd-master” :
And you have a “central-rrd-master” definition?
Then can you check that both Centeron Broker are working on your server using:
You should have something like:
Thanks for your help. Yes I do have those like you. Here are some screenshots :
Ok, can you check if you have errors in /var/log/centreon-broker/central-rrd-master.log?
Can you check also if you have enough space on /var/lib/centreon?
Here is the rrd-master logfile :
And also here is what returns the “resources” command:
What is the result of:
“Unknown command” 🙄
You must install jq:
Ok thanks, here is what returns the jd command :
Can you put the content of both *.json file from /var/lib/centreon-broker/ directory?
Both of them weigh 0 Bytes and are completely empty...
can you put here the json files from /etc/centeron-broker directory to check configuration?
Yes, here they are:
The central-broker.json file doesn’t content output to central-rrd.
Can you please try to generate and export configuration, and also check that “gorgoned” process is alive:
Here is the output of the command:
Yesterday I rebooted the VM multiple times, and I often generate + export the configuration when I add hosts.
That’s a really strange problem.
Can you check if in /var/log/centreon-gorgone/gorgoned.log you don’t have errors when you “move” configuration?
The only error is for a licencing problem on a module, but nothing about this...
Can you move broker files and restart process:
Well… There’s nothing in the /var/cache/centreon/config/broker/ folder
You don’t have a “1” subfolder in /var/cache/centreon/config/broker/:
Can you execute following command:
and check if you have files into /var/cache/centreon/config/broker/1
Yes, now I do have a “1” folder. In there they are 4 json files and they’re not empty.
ok, the content of central-broker.json have 2 outputs?
Well I just took a look at my Centreon and the graphs are back… Right after the “poolergenerate” command they started to work again, the question now is “why were they missing in the first place?”
Anyway, big thanks for the help, I hope this topic will help some people in the future.
