Good evening,

I’ve 2 questions about Centreon Map:

1) A container is red because one object inside (a switch) have an alarm, but is acknowledged.

It is possible to ignore in map the acknowledged alarms?

2) I draw 2 crossed lines between 4 container, I try to move the text of these lines but when I click on save, they return to the center of the lines, overlapping.

It’s a bug? At the moment to resolve this problem I modify the path of one line (I attach 2 image that explain this).

Thanks, Regards,

Andrea

Hi, yes it’s the same. I voted it.

Hello @Andryel,

About your first point

Yes it’s possible, by setting the status computation parameter resource.status.ignore-on-acknowledgement to TRUE (see the documentation for more details : https://docs.centreon.com/docs/graph-views/map-web-advanced/#status-computation-parameters)

Hi @rchauvel , I notice another issue with lines: I connect with a line one host object with one link object and I put a service into the line. But when I save, I don’t see the line between the two objects.

There’s something that I miss?

Thanks.

This appears to be a bug. I would advise you to get in touch with our support on this matter.
