I would really appreciate a connector that allows monitoring of CipherMail Gateway.

Ciphermail provides HTTP endpoints that returns a {OK|Warning|Critical|Unknown}report, according to its documentation but a) this requires adapting the return code to the content of the HTTP response and b) there seems to be no way to set thresholds.

Hello :)

Thank you for the documentation page. Could you provide us with examples of outputs on the various services supported for external supervision (fell free to anonymize field that need it)? This would give us a better understanding of the format of the data received. (I'll send you my mail address by private message)

Kind regards

@eseyman have you considered leveraging the HTTP plugin for this? seems like your use case is simple enough to just be handled through a simple HTTP check...

I have but this is just one of a huge number of issues I have to deal with now that I’ve upgraded my Centreon instance and, given that I can’t be the only person to want to monitor Ciphermail, suggesting a connector seemed the way to go.

I’ll look at the HTTP plugin and see what I can do when I have more time.
