Hi,When the command is displayed in the service detail panel, simple quotes (and maybe some other characters) aren’t displayed. They’re present in the copied text though.If a user selects the command to copy it (instead of using the copy button), then pasts it in a poller’s terminal to execute the command manually, then it may not work.I don’t get the point here. Is it a bug or a bad UI design choice?

new created services not showing to certain user in centreon. Allowed to all resource ACL but still new created services not showing to normal user account. Its visible to Admin account but to normal user using View all resource cant view any new created service.

Hello,When we search for supported OS for the 22.10 release, AlmaLinux 8 is listed, but there is a remark about the next release (23.04):We do not recommend installing Centreon on CentOS 7 or RHEL/Oracle Linux 7. Indeed, as of Centreon 23.04, only EL 8/9 and Debian 11 will be supported. What about AlmaLinux 8? Will it be supported? Hello,I’ve just subscribed a IT_250 license then I tried to activate it on my centreon 22.04.12 on Centos.the license file uploaded successfully and has the good rights in  /etc/centreon/license.d/but no licence information in Administration > Extensions > Managerthe plugin pack list is empty. i only have this link :How To - Install licenses – Centreon (not very usefull)  any ideas welcome….

Hi,I’m running a centreon server with 2 remote pollers,each poller is installed on a different Network and we have a FW between them.I was able to configure one of the pollers without any issue but the second one doesn’t come online.I can see the master server is trying to communicate on port 5556 with the poller but its not able to communicate with the poller (I tried to telnet the port without any problem from the master server).I also checked the /etc/centreon-engine and /centreon-broker and they are missing all the needed poller configuration files.I also noticed the poller doesnt listen on port 5669 even when centengine process is running, I also verified it loaded the broker module.It looks like the master server is unable to copy the configuration files to the poller.is there a way to troubleshoot that?

centreon 22.10.7unable to cancel a realtime downtime via web application or CLAPI when there is other scheduled for the same service.the command file is generated and processed in centcore pipeline lib directory although the centcore daemon is unable to remove the downtimes with no errors reported

 Hello,we want to use Centreon DSM on our environment and for now we are testing it, however, for the first time it seems working well until we acknowledged a service to free a slot, the slots has been freed but when we generate another trap, the alert doesn’t show up on the interface, and when we checked the database we found the trap already stored on mod_dsm_cache table which mean the dsm_client did his job. I have to mention that another entry where found on mod_dsm_lock.so after some investigation, I tried to change clean_locks_time and clean_locks_keep_stored option in centreon_dsmd.pm file from 3600 seconds to 5 seconds and it’s working. Hi guys, I would know if it is possible o monitor if a windows service is disabled or not. /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_centreon_nrpe -H 10.214.0.16 -p 5666 -t 30 -u -m 8192 -c  check_service I don’t find if it’s possible with this command.
