Same problem here on an Oracle Linux 9. I upgrade from an Oracle Linux 8 to solve that but this version is not on standard repositories.

I find a good version of lua-curl in testing : https://packages.centreon.com/artifactory/rpm-standard/24.04/el9/testing/x86_64/lua-curl/lua-curl-0.3.13-20.el9.x86_64.rpm

 

I just update and no problem so far ...
