I have a little problem on my centreon.

 

As you can see, on “Critique” / “Inconnu” / “Alerte” , i don’t have the real number of problem.

 

Do you know how i can fix that please ?

Hi @YYK , if you see Critical 5/7, it means that there is 7 services in critical status but 2 acknowledged or in downtime. Os only 5 critical services to manage

Ok i see the difference between SOFT and H status.

 

But it’s not possible to see all, even if they are in different statut ? maybe a option or other ?

No in the banner you will only see “Unhandled alerts” so all alerts in HARD state and not in downtime and not acknowledged.

The goal is to see is you have alerts to manage.
