Cannot install generic SNMP Monitoring Connector (IT-100)

Hello, 

 

I’m running Centreon 24.04.5 and when I try to install Generic SNMP monitoring connector, nothing happens. The other connectors are installed without a problem. I don’t know how to troubleshoot this problem. 

I sometimes have the following error message in the UI when trying to install connector : “Gateway timeout : The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application”. 

When I try to browse to https://api.imp.centreon.com/api/pluginpack/pluginpack/applications-protocol-snmp , I get the following error  : Endpoint not found. Could anybody help me please?

Hello. Not yet and no support available for the it-100 version :(. I don't even know in which logs I can find some clues for troubleshooting

I foud solution after installing :

dnf -y install telnet traceroute dnsutils mlocate graphviz git net-tools tcpdump net-snmp net-snmp-utils!--scriptorendfragment-->

dnf install centreon-plugin-Applications-Protocol-Snmp
restart poller

It’s Ok i can install “generic SNMP”
