You could try to enable each service individually to identify which one produce this erorr message : 

systemctl enable rh-php72-php-fpm

systemctl enable httpd24-httpd

# ...

It turns out that I was mistaken, on the official documentation I was not on the right version.
It was showing "20.4" but I'm on "21.10" lol.
so I switched to the right version.

as for the command you wrote me, it seems to work.
