Centrel Server migration from 22.10 to 23.04 - Extension Manager not working

Badge +4

I upgraded my single central server environment to the 23.04 release.

After upgrading everything seems to be running fine but the Extension Manager page will not load.

Everytime i try to access the menu i just receive an empty blank page with no text or any other information.

Also I still have a problem that was around when I was running the 22.10 release. The Host Key verification for the broker stats check is missing or not valid. How and why do i need to verify my Host Key when the central server is monitoring itself? In the doc it says you can skip doint the host key verification. Am I missing something here.

Hi

that’s funny because I was going to make a topic about that a few seconds ago.

This is my first time installing Centreon on my server and all went well until I tried to go on the extension manager

Can you try to update this package:

yum update php-pecl-gnupg

Then restart:

systemctl restart php-fpm httpd

Hello, I have the same issue and the same thing on logout.

It’s normal because the conf of apache as change, the new config is present on /etc/httpd/conf.d/10-centreon.conf.rpmnew.

I apply the config on web documentation which is up  : Sécurisez votre plateforme | Centreon Documentation

With the my good path of my cert :

Reboot the httpd and php-fpm and it’s works.

Hello,

after I did the upgrade, the 10-centreon.conf.rpmnew is not present.

Can I apply the config you mentioned @yohann without the 443 part, because we still are running on http and plan on doing https a bit later…?

@Laurent i also checked the update for php but everything seems to be up to date.

Hi @ReneRohe you have the default HTTPS configuration present in /usr/share/centreon/examples/centreon.apache.https.conf.

You can use it to configure the file 10-centreon.conf

I need a default HTTP config if possible…

HTTPS is coming later for my environment

So default HTTP configuration is available here : /usr/share/centreon/examples/centreon.apache.conf

@Laurent i copied the default http config from /usr/share/centreon/examples/centreon.apache.conf and named it 10-centreon.conf, reloaded the services but still the extension manager page stays blank.

Any other solution for this?

Hi,

try clear cache your navigator.

Sometimes those little things do magic :)

But maybe its a combination from both the config and the cache clearing.

Thank you all!
