Hi guys,

I`d like to ask for help because my Centreon UI stopped to work. The alarms still being sent, but i`m unable to access the webpage. I didn`t change nothing and after a Vmware host restart the VM presented this behavior. I`m not a linux guy, but i can see that httpd24-httpd service is dead.

I`ve tried to force an upgrade thinking httpd will be repaired or something like that, but didn't happen.

Can someone help me please?

If I try to open centreon web page, I'm getting Apache Testing 123 page.

If I try to access adding /centreon/ on the url, the message is “The requested URL /centreon/ was not found on this server".

How I can fix that?

Many thanks.

Hi,

This is probably a configuration issue.

Could you share the apache config file please?

If you get apache test page and the not found message, it means that httpd/apache is started, it’s strange.

Why do you get when issuing this command:

ps aux | egrep '(httpd|php-)'

Everything seems ok (except that you should use https)

Do you have selinux enable? You can check with:

getenforce

Also, share your centreon version, it might help:

rpm -qa | grep centreon-web

Thanks

Hi Sims,

Getenforce: Disabled

Centreon version: centreon-web-21.10.5-2.el7.centos.noarch

I did all the steps to upgrade from 20.04 to 21.10 trying to repair or download packages that can solve the issue, but didn’t work because the last step was to restart httpd24-httpd, that was not found :(

Hi,

Sorry was away from TheWatch for a while.

Do you have any entry in /var/log/httpd24/error_log ?

Good morning,

I have exactly the same issue,

Did you fix it ? do you have a solve ?

Regards

I have reinstall the central server but now I get the below error in the logs when I browse the page to get the installation wizzard in the broswer

CRITICAL: Environment variable not found: "hostCentreon". {"context":""object] (Symfony\\Component\\DependencyInjection\\Exception\\EnvNotFoundException(code: 0): Environment variable not found: \"hostCentreon\". at /usr/share/centreon/vendor/symfony/dependency-injection/EnvVarProcessor.php:172)"}

Hi !

If you cannot access on Centreon Web lab environment after shutdown, try to stop httpd and start httpd24-httpd.service.

Best regards
