Centreon is sending notification just once.

We have configured the centreon for monitoring and it is not sending notification multiple times. How to fix this .

Can you share screenshots of the notification tab for the service/host and all the parent templates?

Also, can you share a screenshot of the event logs filtering on this object and enabling all the options axcept “HARD”?
