Hello,

I am noticing that now centreon only sends an email alert once, before it sent an email alert every half an hour. We haven't made any changes to our checks, is this a new centreon behaviour?

if you check the web the error is there but the alert is sent only once.

I had the same issue, I don’t really know when it happended maybe after an update but re-setting “Notification interval” in service template did the trick.

In notification interval did you have any value or was it blank ?


Working config was my generic-template set to 0 for notification interval, I set values on each service template from which I want a re-notify to a contact. 

Service templates was set to blank after some updates.
