I made a manual offline installation on a redhat 9 server of centreon 24.04. After correcting some things, I thnik my installation is not the cleanest but should be working. Instead, everytime I go to the centreon login page I have a big centreon logo, a  You need to enable JavaScript to run this app message and if I check the inspect page and the access logs, I have a 404 error on /centreon/api/latest/platform/installation/status, and I cant find this file anywhere??

Hi @Snark /usr/share/centreon/src/Core/Infrastructure/Platform directory is present on your disk?

Hey @Laurent I have the path until Infrastructure but I don’t have the last Platform directory, I have API, Repository and Validator in the Infrastructure directory.

Ok something wrong appeared during installation.

Can you try to reinstall centreon-web package? Then remove /usr/share/centreon/www/install directory before to access to login page.

Restart also php-fpm and httpd after centreon-web package reinstallation.

I did it, still no Platform present and a 404 in the login page console… the installation is on a company repo, can the problem come from that? Or am I missing something else?

Your company repo is a complete clone of Centreon official repo? This can be the source of the issue.
