I have acknowledged the alert and disabled the host that these notifications are connected too, but I can not get the status to go away under the resource status page. We don’t want to be looking at them anymore when we check alerts that actually need our attention.
I am new to this system and would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of what I am missing.
