Hello Community,

I’m on pre-upgrade process with a customer, and i must standardize many services templates and also hosts templates to optimize the upgrade subsequently.

A best practice for using Plugin Pack is to used a -custom version of the host template or service template.

But why the original host template and service template are selectable for us ?

For a better usage of this feature, hidden or make it impossible to use the original template wouldn’t be a good way to introduce this best practice ?

Hi !

I think there is no specific reason that non custom templates are still selectable.

Indeed, it could be a good idea to remove usage of these templates.

You should create an idea directly to have the opinion of the community :)
