Hi,

When trying to Monitoring with SNMP Traps. i have to select a template named  “generic-passive-service-custom” as described in the documentation

https://docs.centreon.com/docs/monitoring/passive-monitoring/monitoring-with-snmp-traps/

but there is no template with such a name.

FYI i’m using no license.

You need to install the “Base Pack” to be able to use this template, event if you are not using a license.
You need to go in Configuration > Monitoring Connector Manager and you have this view :

Note: The cloudy ones are packs affected by licenses.

Install the “Base Pack” with the “+” symbol, a green check will replace the “+”. After you can use the passive template

fo i need to execute those two command to install connectors?

dnf update centreon-pp-manager

dnf install centreon-pack-*

for the second cmd i need to install a repo.

could you help ?
